It's American Craft Beer Week, and we've got a full schedule for you at the taphouse!
On Thursday, we will tap a new keg for draft pours. Blueberry Spoon Bender was brewed in collaboration with Oak & Ore for American Craft Beer Week. Expect a bright sour base balanced with a hint of salt and tart sweetness from the addition of the blueberry puree. You'll also be able to find this on tap at Oak & Ore on Thursday!
Friday, beginning at NOON, we welcome back the return of ?Adaptation? For the 12th iteration of our rotating IPA series, we looked to one of our favorites from our 5th Anniversary - Zero Cool. We've upped the grain bill to give this dude a solid ABV of 7.5%, bigger body, and added a touch of milk sugar for added smoothness. We've still eliminated the addition of hops during the brew process resulting in extra-low bitterness. Adaptation 12 is rocking ?THE LARGEST? dry hop we have ever done. Citra, Motueka, and Mosaic hops provide giant aroma and bold tropical flavors.
In addition to the release of ?Adaptation?in 4pks, we will also have a blueberry version available in crowlers on Friday at NOON. Get here early, as there is a limited availability of this one to go. Draft pours will flow as long as the kegs last!
