Re-fermented and conditioned for 4 months in the bottle, this beer is ready to enjoy now and will continue to develop with age. $7.50/per 500ml bottle with tax, 2 bottle per person limit.
This Friday at noon, come join us for the next iteration of Adaptation. For those counting it's #15. This 7% NE IPA features a new hop we were able to get our hands on called Sabro. Sabro imparts huge pineapple, coconut and tropical fruit flavors and aromas. Furthermore, the hop is backed up by Citra and Idaho Gem. This one you won't want to miss out on.
